Summer Camp Santa Cruz, Portugal
A day full of adventure and sunshine!
Today was an action-packed day for our campers, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather to enjoy it all! In the morning each went to their respective activities. Adventurers went longboarding, on a beach cliff hike or an adventurous bike ride through the dunes. In the morning, everyone headed off to their respective activities. Our Adventurers had the choice of longboarding, a scenic beach cliff hike, or an adventurous bike ride through the dunes.
Meanwhile, the Surfers made their way down to the beach for their daily session with our partners at Tsunami Surf School. Campers are divided into four groups based on experience, they learn the basics on land and then take their skills to the waves to put them into action.
In the afternoon, the surfers switched their boards for adventure, joining in on longboarding or taking a chilled hike along the cliffs and beach... To wrap up the day, our counsellor Miguel hosted a lively sports night. Campers participated in relay races, ultimate frisbee, basketball, volleyball, and a bib race!
