Summer Camp Chiclana, Spain
DAY 7
On our second excursion day, the campers were taken to Tarifa, a small town on the southernmost coast of Spain. It is primarily known as one of the world's most popular destinations for wind sports.
We had a whole morning of shopping and sightseeing, discovering the beautiful town. After a picnic lunch in downtown Tarifa, the kids enjoyed some ice cream and iced teas.
In the afternoon, we went on a boat ride through the strait of Gibraltar, the kids were delighted to feast their eyes on a resident species of the region, the pilot whale and the common dolphin. And they have been lucky enough to spot the Moroccan shores of Tangiers.
We had dinner at the camp, and right after they started tomorrow's talent show preparation.
Tomorrow, we are coming back to our weekly schedule with our different camps.
