Summer Camp Chiclana, Spain
DAY 6
Saturday was excursion day, the kids had the chance to discover the older part of Cádiz within the remnants of the city walls is commonly referred to as "Casco Antiguo" (the Old Town).
Our Campers enjoyed a picnic lunch at the steps of Cádiz Cathedral, they learned that the cathedral sits on the site of an older cathedral, completed in 1260, and underwent several major changes to its original design.
After lunch, the campers had 2 hours of shopping time in the old town, before heading to Puerto de Santa María Aquapark, where they spent more than 3 hours, swimming, sliding and having fun in the different water attractions.
Once at the camp, the kids had a movie night at Teatro Campano in our facilities. We watched Marvel's "Dr Strange".
