MONOPOLY FRIDAY FESTIVAL !!!
The clouds came out to play this morning with rain in and out all day, but that didn't stop the campers or the counsellors from having fun ! To start off, We ventured into the enchanting forest to indulge in a day filled with exhilarating games. We played Camouflage, Ninja Squirrels, Hug a tree and scream and Oxygen. it was very fun!!! While, the sports camp playing some mini games in the indoor gym, like knockout and zigzag.
Friday Festival has arrived with a burst of creative energy, as campers prepared for the upcoming Monopoly-themed skit. The counsellors transformed into iconic game pieces, crafting a skit that was humour's. Laughter echoed through the Mont Blanc Field as it was performed, the campers then came up with their own very skits for each game piece and performed it, showcasing not only their acting talents but also their teamwork and innovative thinking.
The excitement of relay races and a nail- biting tug of war, where muscles strained and determination prevailed. The teams of enthusiastic campers dashed and cheered their hearts out, passing batons and pushing their limits. The thrill of competition was balanced , as each team celebrated both victories and valiant efforts.
As the rain poured down unexpectedly, plans shifted, and we embraced the spontaneous rainy day with enthusiasm. Indoor games like Frisbee, Gummy Bear ping pong, Tight rope and face painting, even a fortune teller. Campers tested their skills, won prizes, and reveled in the joy of a true carnival atmosphere, they continued the game of monopoly by collecting coins to add for their iconic game pieces. We will find out who is the winner on Monday, for now Goodnight and see ya tomorrow.
