It's Festival Friday!
This morning the Blues & Reds headed out for some slack-lining, juggling and other activities designed to test their balance, speed and accuracy while back at Camp the Greens were preparing for a day of festive fun with face painting and arts and crafts.
Yellow adventure camp had a fun and educational morning in the shade of the Suchet with a session of "Nature Games" and after all of the morning activities were over it was finally time to kick off FESTIVAL FRIDAY!!!
The campers were treated to a delicious BBQ in the sun complete with tasty donuts, and after lunch our campers put on their costumes and split off into their groups for a super special "Mario Kart" themed Festival Friday! Campers and counsellors split off into their groups, Mario, Toad, Bowser and Yoshi and after performing their choreographed team chants it was time for the competition to begin.
The campers spent the afternoon competing against each other in fun field based games including relay races and tug-of-war collecting points to see who would be the first to finish their final lap!
The competition didn't end there as back at camp our counsellors transformed the whole camp into a Carnival filled with fun parlour games and even more opportunities to win points for their teams. Campers spent their afternoon playing awesome games like Strong Man, Oily Pig, Baloon Stomp, Hot Shot, Candy Guess, Kareoke and much more!

- Lunch: Festival Friday BBQ, Burgers, Vegi Burgers, Potato Salad, Baked Potatoes, Donuts
- Dinner: Salmon, Spinach, Roasted Potatoes, Spaghetti, Salad Bar, Ice Cream
