Summer Camp Zell am See, Austria
Daily Camp Blog – 16th July
Today began with our usual 7:30 a.m. wake-up, followed by breakfast to prepare everyone for another exciting day of activities as we approached the final days of camp.
Campers enrolled in the Language Camp attended their German lessons with their teachers, while the remaining groups enjoyed a variety of outdoor adventures. One group headed to the lake for a stand-up paddleboarding session led by qualified instructors, another challenged themselves on the indoor climbing wall under expert supervision, and the third group travelled to the specialised archery range to continue developing their skills in a safe and controlled environment.
After lunch, campers had some free time, including the opportunity to use their mobile phones and relax before the afternoon programme began. The rest of the day offered a wide selection of activities, allowing everyone to choose their favourites, including swimming, frisbee, football, basketball, and many other games organised by our staff around the camp.
Dinner was served at 6:00 p.m., giving everyone the chance to recharge before the evening activity. To finish the day, campers came together in the sports hall for an exciting Dodgeball Tournament. Filled with teamwork, friendly competition, and plenty of laughter, it was the perfect way to enjoy one of the final evenings together and create even more unforgettable memories.
