Summer Camp VDC Geneva
Second week off to a flyer!
Welcome to all the new campers who joined us this week! As predicted we continued with beautiful sunny weather both at camp and on our field trips. Almost everyone stayed on campus today apart for the 9s, SB2 and SC1 who enjoyed splashing about in Nyon pool.
At camp, groups have already started practicing for the Special Day performance for the parents. There was a lot of enthusiasm and some great music being heard from the dance room.
In Arts and Crafts the older groups were finishing making pictures and the younger ones had fun making silly faces out of plasticine. Luna Field was the setting for a game of Octopus, an ocean-themed version of tag which looked a lot of fun. In Gym, Abbey helped all the young ones with their balance and technique on the high beam.
A great start to the second week and its going to be just as hot over the next two days, so don't forget to pack some sun screen and a bottle for water.
