First Week of Fun Comes to an End at Day Camp
We can hardly believe how quickly this week has come and gone and the old saying definitely applies: Time Flies When You're Having Fun! For the 5th day in a row it was very sunny and warm. The 9s and SC1 departed early on to go get a full day on the ropes at Signal de Bougy but they weren't the only ones taking trips. the 5s went on a boat ride, the SBs went kayaking on the lake and the SAs went and chilled out at the pool. The 7s got to go on two trips in one day the lucky things and went to the pool and bowling in the afternoon. Back on campus the rest of us got stuck into our preparations for next week's Special Day, practicing the weeks teachings in Music, Drama and Dance as well as doing some Arts and Crafts. In sport, they were playing dodge ball on the field which slowly but surely turned into a football match. In Gym, that too turned into a football match. Spare time was also used by most to get in some good goal action - nothing beats that feeling when the ball hits the back of the net!) Do you see a pattern developing here? Well the campus is just down the road from UEFA HQ! We are all geared up for another excellent week from Monday and the weather forecast is looking very promising, so don't forget to get the kids some more sun cream because they will need it!
