Another Gorgeous Day in the Swiss Alps
Our campers are continuing to have a great time!
The Red Adventurers ventured into the thickets of the stunning Leysin forest for their shelter-building activity, where they learned how to tie knots, scavenge for wood and build shelters from the natural world around them! It was a great way to become closer to nature and to learn to work together as a team!
The Blues adventure had a rock climbing session, where they battled their fears of heights. Every single one of them managed to climb high and some were very impressive with their level of skills. They enjoyed to morning with high enthusiasm about tackling anything else that will be thrown at them.
Today after lunch we had a special guest arrive, Princess Victoria. She was super happy to meet the kids and read out the Secret Friend Letters wrote by anonymous Camper. She walked in with a crowd of paparazzi rushed to her asking her to pose her best looks and what did she have for breakfast, that she looked so good. Her Security did a very impressive job at protecting Victoria herself, but one Paparazzi still managed to get some amazing content of the special campers with the star of the day.
In the Afternoon, Red adventure had a climbing session as well, lead by our amazing leader Ilja. While The Yellows gathered at the Mont Blanc Field, where the sun was blazing, and they all played water games! Such as, Duck Duck Goose, Battle Ships ( Water Balloon Edition) Cops and Thieves, Vortex, and Buggy Says. Everyone got soaked and splashed with water guns or water balloons. An amazing way to spend the hot hot afternoon.
The Evening kicked off with so mind boggling quests for the older groups, Dodgeball for the reds, to let of some steam, the yellows went to slip and slide on the ice skating ring and the Greenies had an adorable campfire, roasting some marshmallows.
