International Night!!!

The time has finally come... the eagerly awaited International Night is here, and even the rain can't put a damper on our campers' spirits! Everyone spent the day preparing for the fun night ahead!

The Morning started off with the Blues off to the top of the river, to raft down, it was a perfect day, after the storm the river was much more higher, resulting in being able to get some good splashes of water. The Greenies got straight to work in the morning preparing fresh fruits for all the campers in the kitchen before practising their performance for the International Night showcase!

Before joining the International Night prep, Stem and Languages both had a fun and educational morning; the campers have learned so much and should be very proud of themselves! The Performing Arts had their final rehearsal of their Mama Mia Show that they will be performing in tomorrow's Friday Finale! It is looking amazing! Yellow Adventure got close to nature with their "Lost" activity, while the Reds and Blues got their adrenaline pumping with "High Ropes" and "Rafting" respectively.

For everyone's favourite time of the day: "Secret Friends", the Greenies did an adorable skit for the rest of the camp! After heartwarming and humorous anonymous notes of gratitude were read out, everyone embarked on their afternoon activities!

One half of the camp went to play the United Nations capture the flag game while the other stayed to prepare more skits for their chosen countries for the evening's show! The costume room and art studio were hit by a hurricane of creative chaos sd the campers made the finishing touches to their performances! International Night was a total success! The campers feasted on food from around the world: Greek, American, Spanish, Arabic, Swiss, French, Italian, and more! The food was delicious and the evening's entertainment left an even better taste in everyone's mouth! The campers showed off their amazing talents of singing, acting, dancing and more as they represented their chosen countries on the stage! The entire camp was laughing, cheering and smiling throughout the evening! It truly was an unforgettable experience and a great way to share our cultures with each other!
