Festival Friday!
Festival Friday is here! The Greenies spent the morning preparing with some face paint and arts and crafts while the Blue, Red and Yellow Adventure groups headed outside for Forest Fun and Nature Games. Language, Film Academy, and STEM Campers continued in their classrooms for their morning activities, while Dance Campers got together to perfect their dance moves in preparation for the big camp finale!
After the various morning activities, everyone joined together at Prafandaz view point to split into element teams- Earth, Air, Water, and Fire- and enjoyed a bbq lunch of hamburgers, hotdogs, baked potatoes, and juices to refuel before the big games. Each group created their own choreographed chant to show team spirit and proceeded to compete against each other in relay races and tug of war to see which element was the strongest!
The fun continued in the evening as the camp was transformed into a giant carnival with tons of games that campers could play for more points towards their element team. Campers had the opportunity to play awesome games like Strong Man, Draw the Whales Tail, Oily Pig, Balloon Stomp, Hot Shot and more!
- Breakfast: Pancakes, Maple Syrup, Cereal, Toast, Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, Fruit Juices
- Lunch: Hamburgers, Chicken Hot Dogs, Baked Potatoes, Doughnuts, Juices, Iced Tea
- Dinner: Fish Fingers, Potatoes, Spinach, Spaghetti, Salad Bar, Ice Cream
