Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Bienvenue, Welkommen, Bienvenida and Welcome!
We are so excited to be welcoming 170 campers from all corners of the world for session 2 at Village Camps Leysin! Staff have been busy setting up the building for your arrival with various ball games, badminton, plate spinning, hoola hooping, name tag station, foosball and ping pong. If campers were up for the challenge, they could sign up for climbing the wall with our rock climbing specialists in the moat. Throughout the building there were tons of fun activities to take part in hosted by our lovely counsellors.
Once the campers were finished with their registration, they met their colour group leaders and headed to their rooms to settle in and meet their room mates. During All Camp Meeting, counsellors started things of with a dance and introduction to session 2, and after campers headed down to the auditorium to cheer on and watch the World Cup final Croatia Vs France.
After the football game, campers were introduced to their counsellors and shown on a tour around the building, followed by dinner and get to know your counsellor games, before heading upstairs to get settled in their rooms.
