Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
It's Arrivals Day!!!
Today we had the pleasure of welcoming nearly one hundred wonderful new campers to VC Leysin and we could not be more excited to have them all here with us. The spirits were high today as campers arrived from all over the world to meet the awesome people they would be spending the next few weeks with.
It was a day for making new acquaintances and some warm reunions, throughout the building there were plenty of fun activities to take part in with some campers strapping on their harnesses and taking on our climbing wall, others spending their time meeting new people in a friendly game of basketball or volleyball, there were Arts and Crafts for those who wanted to get creative and design their own name badge and comfy couches for people who just wanted to relax with a fun game of cards or miniature snooker.
At all camp meeting the campers split off into their color groups and had the chance to introduce themselves to their fellow campers, afterwards the whole camp headed off for a delicious meal and then after an evening of fun and games it was time for bed to get plenty of rest for the incredible few weeks ahead!
- Breakfast: Cereals, Toast, Yogurt, Fruit and Fruit Juices
- Lunch: Sausages, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Roasted Tomatoes, Baked Beans, Toast, Croissants, Pan aux Chocolat, a huge selection of cakes and much more!
- Dinner: Chicken Corden Bleu, Potato Wedges, Pesto Pasta, Soup, Steamed Broccoli, Salad Bar
