Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Welcome to our Session 2 Campers!
A huge welcome to all our campers for session 2!
The sky is blue and the sun is shining here in Leysin :) We have outdoor games set up outside the building including connect four, badminton, circus games, basketball, and inside there is a games room for Ping Pong, and Foosball. The media team have pulled together a photo booth with costumes and props for the campers to take photos with their families and new friends, and the art specialists have coloured paper and pens as a name tag station for creative personal name tags!
Upon arrival, all the campers go through reception which includes introductions to the bank, medical specialists, language, sport and adventure camps and campers colour group leaders. Music is flowing and campers are making new friends as well as reuniting with one another after a year away from Village Camps.
After dinner, campers joined together outside for an introductory All Camp Meeting where a big hello from staff is given and counsellor groups announced. Following the All Camp Meeting and dinner, counsellor groups got together to play get to know your counsellor and each other games before settling in their rooms for the night.
Quite a long day for some as campers have travelled here from all over the world! We look forward to kicking this session off tomorrow with fun activities!
