It's International Night!
It's a very special day at camp and one of my favorites! International Night! Today all of our campers banded together to share the food, stories and culture of their countries with campers making presentations, funny skits, performing dances and preparing delicious food from all over the world. The Blues had an adrenaline filled morning as they left to go rafting down the rapids with a professional river guide while Red and Yellow Adventure had the opportunity to zip around the trees on an awesome high ropes course. In the afternoon all of the campers then launched into action to finish their hilarious skits and preparing their food before playing a huge game of Capture the Flag in the forest. Afterwards it was time to tuck into some incredible international cuisine with traditional meals from Greece, Italy, The Arab Nations, U.S.A & Canada, U.K, Russia, Greenland, France & Switzerland served buffet style for the whole camp to enjoy. After dinner it was time to sit down and enjoy the show as we all watched the entertaining performances our campers had worked so hard on. What a great way to end the day!
