Summer Camp England
Almost the end
It's already the last Thursday at camp and there is a nostalgic feeling in the air. Our Adventurers returned after their sleepover, full with anecdotes and excitement, and our Basketball programme campers went on an all-day excursion to Leeds University, where they had the chance to show off their skills and everything they've learned in the last two weeks. Everyone is getting ready for tomorrow, the English Programme is preparing their session quiz and Performing Arts are working very hard on their rehearsals for Whimsville!
After lunch, we had a large array of activities like street dance, friendship bracelets, football, hockey, capture the flag, tie dye, yoga... And after some delicious pasta for dinner, we had the last evening color activities. The Blues enjoyed a chill evening at Muggles, where they snacked, played videogames, danced... and had loads of fun overall! The Reds had their own movie night and the Yellows finally celebrated their Pool Party!
There is a lot happening tomorrow at camp: Awards Night, Performing Arts show, Disco, Campers VS Counsellors football match... We're pretty sure it will the best farewell our campers have ever seen.
- Breakfast: Scrambled eggs; choice of cereals, toast and fresh fruit!
- Lunch: Chicken or Quorn gyros with a pita bread, salad buffet and peach cobbler for dessert.
- Dinner: Pasta bolognese, served with veggies and garlic bread; chocolate sponge and fruit.
