Arrivals Day!

Yesterday was a very exciting day at camp! After our all staff-meeting we set up the greetings area and received campers from all over the world throughout the day. After meeting our reception staff for the check-in, they passed through the healthcare and bank stations, where they left all their documentation, money and medicines in a safe place :) We then took care of their luggage and took them on a tour of the facilities and accommodation area.

The weather was great, so it was the perfect day for an all day barbecue, in which campers were able to eat a delicious burger and start making friends. They spent the afternoon playing games in our beautiful facilities and meeting the rest of the campers. Some of them had traveled from very far away locations, but it wasn't long before the first smiles appeared.

The late arrivals were also greeted with a buffet dinner and taken to their room by a member of our staff. Then each color group enjoyed an evening program consisting of games and ice-breaking activities and, after a long day, they were sent to their rooms to get some rest, they will need it! We can't wait for all the exciting activities we have planned for them these two weeks and we hope they enjoy them as much as we do :D
