Summer Camp England
BIG NIGHT!
Last night campers spent their evening programmes in their colour groups, the yellows had an egg drop, the red tested their knowledge at a quiz night and the blues played extreme dodgeball! This morning it was back into programmes! Activity and Adventure had a brilliant morning, split into two sessions, the first was an hour long zumba dance session, which everyone took part in and loved! After the workout campers were taken to the pool so they could spend the rest of the morning swimming and relaxing! The football and basketball programmes spent their mornings working on some drills and then playing a game! It being Friday and almost the weekend, the English Programme organised a Mad Hatters Tea Party for the last hour, their was tea and scones and some crazy riddles! With the weekend coming up, we have two excursions planned, on Saturday the entire camp will be re-locating to the Trafford Centre, a massive shopping mall 2 hours drive away, then on Sunday we cover the cultural side of our excursions, by taking the campers to the city of York for the afternoon! Tonight is BIG NIGHT, all the teams are putting the final touches to their props and preparations and everyone is extremely excited!! Good luck to everyone, but may the best team win!
