Summer Camp Chiclana, Spain

12th July 2017

DAY 10

On Wednesday the class learned how to describe their families and they played a board game that challenged them with questions along the way, some they had seen previously in class, others required a bit of critical thinking.

In la Barrosa beach, with a sunny day, the surfers had some awesome ocean fun and built their confidence while learning to ride the right wave, a needed basic skill for all surfers.

In adventure camp, the kids kayaked to the "Castillo de Sancti Petri" a castle built to protect the Spanish south shores from Napoleon troops. The campers had also the chance to do some snorkelling and discover the diverse marine wildlife of Cádiz.

Today the riders were perfectly able to walk and trot whilst out on rides while controlling their horses in the arena. The riders were assessed on how to prepare properly the horse for riding, at which they excelled.

After lunch the kids had their beach afternoon, with sports and a lot of fun.

Once at camp, mistery murder night game was on, lof of laughs and suspense.
