Excursion to Algeciras and Tarifa!
Lions and tigers and Dolphins Oh My!
Today we headed out for our second excursion for an incredible morning of dolphin watching in Algeciras. The boat pulled up and village camps campers and staff piled on for a morning full of oohs and ahhs and as always, sunshine and smiles. There were too many dolphins to count, swimming under and around and below the boat!
After we had had our fill of dolphins we enjoyed a picnic lunch and then headed to the beautiful coastal city of Tarifa to explore the Castille de Guzman el Bueno, Tarifa's castle, and wander around the town doing some shopping and sight seeing.
In the evening we had a movie night, and for our football fanatics we showed the final of the Euro Cup. There were some tears of joy and some tears of sadness after a thrilling match!
We all headed to bed for some much needed sleep after an awesome weekend, getting ourselves energized for a full week of fun ahead.
