    Expert Staff

    Village Camps firmly believes that one of its finest attributes lies in its staff. All VC staff members undergo a minimum one-week orientation at each location, where they acquire the essential foundations to become highly qualified camp counsellors. During this orientation, staff are immersed in the Village Camps ethos and learn how to make camp special for every child who registers for our programmes. Our management staff are carefully chosen and trained over many years, with some having served Village Camps for over 20 years.
