Daily Camp Blog – 19th July
Today marked the beginning of a brand-new camp session as we welcomed our new campers throughout the day. Families arrived from the morning onwards, and our staff was delighted to greet everyone and help them settle into their new home for the coming weeks.
Upon arrival, each camper completed the check-in process, including the registration of spending money, selecting their camp T-shirt size, and meeting with our healthcare team to ensure that any medical conditions, allergies, or medications were carefully recorded and managed throughout their stay.
As more campers arrived, they had the opportunity to get to know one another while taking part in a variety of recreational activities around the campus, including beach volleyball, trampolines, basketball, and other fun games organised by our staff. It was a fantastic way to break the ice and start making new friendships from the very first day.
By dinner time, more than half of the campers had arrived. During the evening, everyone was introduced to some of the most important camp rules and routines before joining their group leaders for a guided tour of the camp facilities. Campers also met the members of their activity groups, helping them feel comfortable and excited for the adventures that await over the coming days.
We are delighted to welcome all of our new campers and look forward to sharing another unforgettable session full of adventure, learning, and lifelong memories together.
