Summer Camp VDC Singapore
It's the first day of camp! Yahoooooooo!!!
Hi All!
Welcome to the first day of VC Day Camp Singapore! Campers arrived and were introduced to the GUARDIANS OF THE VC GALAXY TEAM by their leader Khaya Redstar (Camp Director Kyle Redshaw) Master Jedi. Next came our Apprentices (Junior counselors), who introduced the theme for the week Monsters, Dinosaurs and Mystic Creatures, by coming out to the music from Trolls and being Trolls themselves. All activities for the week will be centered on this theme.
The campers then went on to have a full day of activities where some made Monster Masks in arts and crafts, pretended they were in the movies in drama, played mystic and monster theme games in sports and went swimming. Since we had such a busy morning the campers were super hungry during lunch with many went back for seconds. At the end of lunch we had our first theme challenge, where camper groups had to write as many monster/dinosaur movies they could think of in a minute. After that it was an afternoon of more fun and activities. It was a great first day for all campers and counselors and we look forward to another mystic creature filled day tomorrow.

- Lunch: Chicken Stew, Mushroom rice and local veggies with a mini strawberry éclair for dessert. Veggie option is Vegetable pie.
