Super Hero Week has started! Are you ready to save the world??

Hello fellow VC Super Heroes,

It is SUPER HEREOS theme week where campers will learn about their own super powers and put them to use at camp. Camp started with our VC Masters of the Universe TEAM INTRODUCTION SKIT, followed by our junior apprentices promoting Super Hero week by rescuing an old couple in trouble. Camp returned to normal after that and the mini campers began making Super Hero character puppets (Spiderman, Batman, Superman etc), while the seniors/intermediates played sports, swam and went climbing.

At lunch we tested the knowledge of our campers about Super Heroes. In the afternoon dance routines were made, the beginning of Super Gymnastics, drama skits were started and the weather sadly did not hold up for swimming. All in all it was a great first day of camp.

Camper quote of the day: " I made Ironman today and he is awesome!"
