Summer Camp VDC Singapore

25th June 2013

It's Day 2 and everything is GO!

What a fantastic start to our summer adventure here in Singapore! The counselors have been very excited to finally get under way... and they have not been disappointed with the amazing kids in each of their groups. After the inaugural opening day nerves and excitement - day two brought relative calm. The campers already seem to have a handle on the rhythm and routine of each day. They each get to swim once during the day with the highlight today being some diving lessons from our superb swim specialists.

Arts and Crafts today got seriously messy - which is exactly the way we like it! Finger painting, amongst other crazy activities, ensured a major industrial cleaning operation was required at the end of the day.

The kids enjoyed their Lasagne at lunch and devoured the curry puffs and oranges during snack time. One group became so obsessed with the oranges, that they have changed their group name to honor this noble fruit!

All in all, the kids are returning home suitably exhausted, but will return again tomorrow for another crazy day at VDC Singapore!
