Summer Camp VDC Geneva
Yet Another Glorious Day at Camp!
Well, now we are just being spoiled by all this good weather and five of our groups were lucky enough to enjoy it down at the pool in Nyon. The 4s and 5s went in the morning and the 7s, SA1 and SC1 went in the afternoon. Another two of our groups, the 6s and SB1, went off to Signal de Bougy for the day. The older ones had fun swinging between the trees and playing a round of mini golf in the afternoon. The younger group had fun meeting the baker and trying to make their own bread, then in the afternoon they took a walk to visit the animals. On the sports field today they set out a course using cones and played a round of golf. The various dance routines are already coming together and the children are having a good time whilst learning them. Music saw the children play around with the keyboards and there are some among the groups with real talent. In Arts & Crafts the children got stuck in and got their hands dirty making some really impressive bits of pottery. Its set to be even hotter tomorrow so make sure they all come to camp with bottles of water and sun cream. See you tomorrow Campers!
