Summer Camp Santa Cruz, Portugal
We love sports!
Today has been another beautiful day here in Santa Cruz. The sun greeted us bright and early to welcome in another morning of fun. We started off with a tournament of dodgeball!
After a morning of dodging balls, our campers headed to their program activities. Surfers completed the Santa Cruz Bingo followed by another surf session. Meanwhile our adventure 1 group was out biking in the sand dunes. Adventure 2 had the opportunity to try out longboarding and get some shopping done. Finally, our adventure 3 group went on the Beach Cliff Discovery Hike to the beautiful Praia Azul.
It was a gorgeous afternoon filled with sunshine, blue skies and lots of laughter!
In the evening our campers got to compete in the Euro football tournament! A day full of sporty activities that has surely left our campers ready for some rest. We are excited for the Lisbon excursion tomorrow. As the sun set in Santa Cruz, everyone went to bed with a smile after another day of exciting activities!
- Breakfast: Pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bread and assorted jams
- Lunch: turkey, fusili pasta, breaded fish, roasted potatoes and vegetables, vegetable curry and watermelon
- Dinner: Hotdogs, salad buffet, roasted vegetables, melon
