Óbidos, high ropes and paintball!
"Good morning guys, time to wake up!" was the first thing our adventure campers heard for their early wake up this morning. After they were done with their breakfast they all packed a picnic lunch since they had a full day of activities ahead of them.
The adventurers went to play some paintball (with softballs so it didn't hurt too much). When they arrived they got to put on their protective gear and got an introduction to the necessary safety rules. We played a few different maps with different kinds of objectives and enjoyed ourselves a lot!
They also got to try some high ropes courses! It might sound scary if you don't like heights but the campers who were scared quickly managed to overcome their fears and had so much fun up in the trees!
While the others were playing paintball and climbing trees our surfers got on a bus heading north to see the beautiful village of Óbidos! They took a walk along the villages castle walls and enjoyed the wonderfull view. After some picnic lunch and shopping they went back to Santa Cruz to get back in the water and back up on their surfboards again!
After dinner the campers turned into detectives during the nights murder mystery. In this real life version of Cluedo the campers had to overcome challenges to figure out which one of the counsellors was the games murderer.
- Breakfast: Sausages with mushrooms, boiled eggs, cereal with yoghurt, bread with turkey ham, cheese and jam.
- Lunch: Picnic lunch!
- Dinner: Risois, Lasagna, rice, potatoes, salad buffet and watermelon.
