Along with sunrise I quickly jumped out of the bed and got myself ready, knowing that today we are going to have our first full day excursion. Campers had their breakfast early because there were a few hours of driving ahead to the road of the capital city of Portugal.
After a long ride, our eyes finally started to see the beautiful city of Lisbon. The first wonder on our tour was the Tower of Belem and of course, we couldn't continue our trip without taking photos in front of it. A bit of walking and we reached our next checkpoint, which had a beautiful view on Abril Bridge. We've also had a chance to learn a bit of Portuguese history while admiring the iconic monument called Padrao dos Descobrimentos.
After that, it was time to move on, and take a short bus ride to the beautiful palm park where we sat down and had a picnic lunch. When hunger was no longer a problem it was time to celebrate by heading off to do fun activities in Play Center where we could play interactive games and try out optical illusion tricks. Of course, tourism isn't tourism if we wouldn't stop by a shopping centre!
It was already late afternoon, so it was time to head back to our hometown. Everyone took a short power nap on the bus, took some dinner and it was time to do the last and the most exciting activity of the day.SCAVENGER HUNT!
Now it's time to get some proper rest because we don't stop having fun while being busy and we are all ready for new activities so I wish you all a good night and you'll read more from me tomorrow!
