Another Exciting Week!
Another amazing week is starting in the beautiful Swiss Alps!
An artistic morning for our Greenies who got to tie-dye their Village Camps T-Shirt, creating some wonderful patterns! In the afternoon they went to the gymnasium to play games like Ninja! They ended their day with a game of ''Green Machines'' that takes place here, in our camp!
Our Yellow Adventure campers departed this morning for their mountain hut hike, where they will be spending their night at! The rest of our yellow campers had a fun of discovery and got to play football, basketball and volleyball! For their afternoon, they hiked to Temeley, for a cheese and ice-cream discovery from our local producers! They finished their day around a campfire with smores and marshmallows!
The Reds split up as some of them went climbing with our experiences staff and the rest went to discover Leysin through our Scavenger Hunt activity. For their afternoon activity they could choose between going Mini-Golfing, going to the Pool, playing Tennis or doing Arts and Yoga!
The Blue campers were learning how to build a shelter in the forest for their morning activity! Our Adventure Leader Joe highlighted some important parts of the circumstances, the material to use and different types of shelters to use! In the afternoon they could choose between trying out Archery, Indoor Climbing or playing sports with our Sports Counsellor, Rania!
For the Reds and the Blues, tonight is an important event, World Cup! They will be competing in Football, Basketball and Volleyball! Good luck to all of them, may the best win!
