Welcome To Village Camps 2024 Session 2!
Hello, one and all and welcome (or welcome back) to Village Camps Leysin! We are absolutely delighted to have you here for what is sure to be another unforgettable two weeks in the Swiss Alps.
It's a beautiful day to be in Switzerland- the sun is shining and the mountains are striking! The balloon arch is up, our game stations are ready, and our lovely counsellors are all excited to welcome your children into camp!
From football and basketball to arts and crafts… there is a lot for your children to get stuck into when they arrive here. New friendships will begin to bloom, and returning campers will have joyful reunions with each other!
In the evening our campers will watch a welcome dance by our staff before being sorted into their colour groups- which will be their home away from home for the next two weeks! After playing some icebreaker games and getting to know their co-campers in their colour groups, our younger campers will go to bed. Our older campers have the exciting opportunity to watch the Euros final tonight before heading off for a restful night.
There is so much to experience and learn in the coming two weeks- and we look forward to sharing our camper's journeys here with you on our Village Camps daily journal. Please stay tuned!
- Breakfast: Continental Breakfast.
- Lunch: Brunch: Omelet, No pork sausage, Grilled tomatoes, Sautéed Mushrooms, Rosti patties, Vegetarian Option, Baked beans, Pain au chocolat, croissant, choice of cakes, salad buffet.
- Dinner: Salad Buffet, Turkey cordon bleu, French fries, Broccoli, Pasta station, Vegetarian schnitzel, Ice cream.
