Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
A Sunny Tuesday in Switzerland
It's another beautiful warm day in Switzerland and we had a packed schedule for our campers to enjoy today. The Red Adventure campers kicked off the morning with a game of "Lost" where they were able to pick up some new survival skills and put them to the test. Fire making, shelter building and knot tying were the essential skills of the day. Meanwhile the Blues were off to the quarry for some rock climbing and the greenies got to hit the slip and slide in "Field games"
After lunch and a round of "Secret Friends!" the campers went off to their afternoon activities which for the Yellows was the "Big Yellow!" Where they got to play a bunch of different activities and games. The Red, Blue and LTC Campers had a wide variety of afternoon sign-up activities to choose from including Beach Volleyball, Mini Golf, Mountain Biking, Tennis, Self Defence and many more.
In the Evening the Reds got creative with "VC Idol!" where they could make music videos to be shown at the VC awards on Saturday after the excursion. The Yellows hit the ice at the skate rink and the Blues got to test their wits in a game of "Are you smarter than your counsellor?" Meanwhile the greens took to the mountain for Camp Fire and smores.
I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
