Friday Finale!
Sadly the last full day of camp is here for our first session campers but that doesn't mean the fun is over! In the morning Sports Camp headed to the sports centre while our Adventure groups took to the forest to take on various challenges that put the skills they have learned over the last 2 weeks to the test! The Greenies put the finishing touches to their dance and got ready to pack. In the afternoon all of the campers were given the chance to play some games or head off to town for a souvenir shopping spree, meanwhile our staff were busy redecorating our dining halls with beautiful displays and got ready for our all-camp dinner.
Dinner was a special event today as the waiters were our wonderful councillors and the campers got experience the 5 start treatment, being served at their tables! After dinner, the evening started with a dance from our Greenies before moving on to everybody's favourite activity... Secret Friends! Then the LTC campers showed a special video summarising all the challenges they have taken on over the past 2 weeks and finally the camp said thank you to everyone who has helped make camp such an amazing place the last 2 weeks. Then it was Friday Finale Party time! The campers danced the night away before heading to bed. Although the campers leave tomorrow, we hope they will take the memories of camp with them forever.
- Breakfast: Pancakes with syrup and cereal.
- Lunch: Shepherds Pie with vegetables. Pasta Bar.
- Dinner: Special Camp dinner served by Councillors: Steak with sauce, Potatoes, Green beans.
