Campfires and Sunsets in Leysin
It was another fun day in Leysin Switzerland!
This morning, adventure campers took on various challenges around working together as a team and reflecting on what they learned the past 2 weeks. the Red Adventure campers did team building games, the greens and yellows watched a Bear Grylls documentary about the Swiss Alps, and the Blues and LTCs did some leadership games.
In the afternoon, LTC and Blues had odd ball Olympics whilst the rest of the camp played Capture the Flag in the Suchet Forest.
To finish off the day, the Greens played Spy Kids, a challenge to collect and figure out the Morse codes and riddles, and maneuver through laser webs to free the captured counsellor. While the rest of camp went up to Prafandaz for a camp fire over looking a beautiful sunset over Lac Leman.
- Breakfast: Boiled eggs, Toast, Cereal, Fresh Fruit, Fruit Juices
- Lunch: Skewered Chicken Kebabs, Pearl Barley Salad, Marinara Sauce and Pasta, Side Salad, Fresh Fruit
- Dinner: Roast Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Tofu Thai Curry, Pasta, Carbonara Sauce and Pasta, Custard Pear Cake
