Camp Starts Here!
It's another beautiful sunny day at VC Leysin and our campers awoke this morning feeling refreshed after a good nights sleep and ready to start their adventure!
This morning our STEM Robotics campers had their first day exploring the world of robotics getting a hold of their kits and jumping straight into some simple programming. The French, English Language, Dance Camp, and Film Academy were busy settling into their classrooms and spent their morning playing a few educational games and decorating their classrooms.
Outside of Camp the Yellows, Reds & Blues had a chance to cool off and get to know their fellow campers with an array of wet and wacky games including a slip and slide, water baloon battleships and more! Meanwhile the Greens channelled their inner Robin Hood and joined our incredible Archery instructor Naceur at the local sports center.
In the Evening the Reds headed to the shade of the Suchet and played a huge game of Survival, it was every person for themselves in a battle to the top of the food chain. In the Gym the Blues took on their counsellors and tested their aim with a game of Dodgeball.
Back at camp the Greens and Yellows prepared to save our camp from an invasion of rickerty robots! They used their quick thinking and quicker feet to shut down the invaders in an exciting end to a perfect first day of camp!
