Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Mountain Adventures!
This morning our brilliant Blues packed their lunches and threw on their hiking shoes as they headed off to conquer the summit of Pic Chaussy, starting at 1600m they spend the day hiking through the picturesque Swiss Mountains, stopping by the beautiful Lac Liason to enjoy there picnic before continuing on to reach the summit at 2300m, a massive 700m in elevation! After a long days hike they returned to camp to rest their feet and enjoy Marshmellows, Hot Chocolate and a movie.
The Reds had an adrenaline filled day as they challenged themselves in joining our climbing specialist Louanne, they strapped on their harnesses and storm their way up some tricky routes at the Quarry. They also put their endurance to the test as they whipped through a local Mountain Bike trail, pushing themselves up tough hill climbs and charging through the downhill sections before taking on a bike park rhythm section. After an adrenaline packed day the Reds tested their general knowledge with an entertaining quiz night.
The Yellows Adventure campers set off early this morning for their overnight Adventure, they would spend their day exploring the nature and beauty of the wonderful Swiss Alps before enjoying a BBQ by the lake and settling in for a peaceful nights sleep in a rustic Mountain Lodge.

- Lunch: Canaloni, Pasta Barilla, Bolognaise, Huge Salad Selection & Cherry Topped Cheese Cake
- Dinner: Lamb Stew, Cous Cous, Pasta, Huge Salad Selection & Coconut Cake
