It's International Night!
Today is the day we have all been waiting for! Just over a week and a half ago we opened our doors to campers coming from all corners of the world, and what better way to celebrate this than a day dedicated to sharing our culture, traditions and cuisine.
Today kicked off with a morning of adventure! The Yellows headed into the forest to play team building games and learn all about survival in the wilderness. The Reds Adventure and Sports Camp also had an action packed day as they spent their time whizzing through the trees and tackling challenging obstacles on a local high ropes course. The Blue Adventure and Sports Camp swapped their T-shirts and shorts for wet suits as they headed out for a morning of rafting, going from peaceful sections full of beautiful scenery to exciting rapids that would test their team work and endurance. Tennis Academy started early with their practice on the clay courts, finally playing in the sunshine. Film Academy spent their morning finalising their films projects for the debut show tomorrow.
In the afternoon, the whole camp banded together to prepare for International Night with country groups heading down to the VC kitchen for food preparations and skit practice, as well as boarding the bus for the Suchet forest for a massive game of Capture the Flag!
Country food stalls were set up buffet style from Greece, Spain, France/Swiss, Asian Nations, Arab Nations, USA/Canada, Mexico, and Russia. Campers got the chance to try familiar as well as new food from all over the world! Following dinner, country groups performed their team skits based on their chosen country.

- Lunch: Pizza, percatelli pasta, bolognaise, salad bar & dessert
- Dinner: Cuisine from all over the world prepared by our awesome campers!
