It's Olympic International Night!!
It's another beautiful day in Switzerland!!
This morning the Greens are heading to do some boulding and having a whale of a time in the swimming pool. The Yellows and Reds headed to the Parc Adventure in Aigle to act like Tarzan and swing through the tree tops and went beyond the branches as they did the High Ropes Course. They then had a picnic before heading back to camp. The Blues from Adventure Camp. jumped on the bus and took a trip go rafting were they dodged the rapids and cruised down the river. They also had a yummy packed lunch and then headed back to camp.
This afternoon the Olympic teams took part in Capture the Flag. Lionia and Poison Ivy teamed up against Skyland and Flame land. Lionia and Poison Ivy came out on top and earned their countries extra gold medals.
This evening everyone got to sample food from all around the world on one plate. After dinner it was down to the auditorium for the closing ceremonies and then everyone performed their skits and dances for their chosen country. Then the winner of the Village Camps Olympics was announced.........DRUM ROLLLLL.......... Poison Ivy!!! They received an edible gold medal. Well done to everyone who took part!
