Mountain Adventures and Petting Zoo's!
The spirits are high in Camp as Blues and Reds packed their bags and set off for their mountain adventure here in the beautiful Swiss Alps, after a hike to the summit of Lac Lioson to take in the breathtaking view they made their way back to the mountain hut where they will be staying tonight for a delicious BBQ and a campfire.
Back at camp there was all kinds of activities happening like Archery, Handball, Street Hockey and Tennis followed by Leysins very own petting zoo, but the animals have escaped and it's up to campers to capture them and return them to their zoo keeper!
Afterwards the teams competed in the "Egg Drop" for the fabulous prize of dumping a bucket of ice cold water on the counsellor of their choice! By far my favorite moment of the day!
- Breakfast: Cereals, Yogurt, Bread, Cream, Honey, Fruits, Butter and Jam, Creme with Fruits
- Lunch: Packed Lunch (For the Hikers), Lasagne, Pasta, Pesto, Salad Bar
- Dinner: Chicken & Beef Skewers, Rice or Pasta, Tomato or Salmon Sauce with Strawberry & Cream Cake Desert or Fruits
