Excursion Day!
Chocolate, Labyrinths, Bowling and more! It's excursion day at VC Leysin and campers headed off in all directions today to discover some of the attractions outside of Leysin!
Greenies and Yellows had a fun packed day as they headed off to Vevey for a Picnic and a spot of shopping before arriving at Labyrinthe Aventure Park which is home to the world???s largest maze! After defeating the labyrinth they were rewarded with a playground at the end of the maze full of gigantic slides, zip lines, a climbing wall, trampoline and more!
Reds went searching for oompa loompa's with a tour of the Maison Cailler, Switzerlands most popular chocolate attraction, the group were treated to an interactive tour of the factory and all the free chocolate they could want before stopping for a picnic and a shopping trip in Vevey!
Blues were treated to a trip to the beautiful city of Lausanne for a tour of the Olympic Museum set on the stunning banks of lake Geneva the Blues got to experience the magic of the Olympic games and learn about the Olympic movement followed by a picnic at the lakefront and a chance to do a little exploring of Lausanne. The day was not quite over then though as after Dinner they headed to Villeneuve to Fun Planet and an evening of Bowling!
Greenies, Reds & Yellows have a fun night of eating popcorn and catching a movie back at camp!

- Dinner: Roast Beef, Roast Potatoes, Cauliflower, Pasta, Pasta Sauces, Salad Bar, Black Forest Gatau
