Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Let the festivities begin!
It's festival friday here at Village Camps Leysin!!! The morning began with Yellows heading into the woods for Nature Games, Greenies stayed at camp to try out face-painting and some arts and crafts for the Festival, Reds and Blues headed to the sports centre for some dodgeball and afterwards everyone headed to one of Leysins most beautiful spots for FESTIVAL FRIDAY!
A fantastic afternoon was spent with campers and counsellors being split into four groups, Earth, Fire, Water, Air and competing against each other to see which group would be crowned the winners of the day. A delicious BBQ was served up by our fantastic team and donuts for desert and then the games began! It was a tough duel with teams competing in relay races and tug-of-war but Earth came out on top.
The competition was not over though as the festivities continued back at our Camp Carnival with teams playing games like Strong Man, Letter-box, Baloon Stomp, Hot Shot and more! Plus some just for fun activities like Caricature Drawing and Face-Painting!

- Lunch: BBQ, Baked Potatoes, Burgers, Hotdogs and and Donuts
- Dinner: Fish, Potatoes, Pasta, Salad Bar, Ice Cream
