Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
It's Excursion Day!
Its excursion day and everyone is excited, the campers all get a chance to leave camp for the day and see some interesting parts of Switzerland. The greens and yellows are heading to the Vevey to do some shopping followed by a picnic and then on to the Cailler chocolate factory, where they get to see how chocolate is made and taste all the different kinds of chocolate afterwards. The Reds are going to the Olympic Museum where they can learn all about the Olympic games and its history. After they have a picnic beside lake Geneva and then doing some shopping in Lausanne. The blues are going to the United Nations for a tour and a picnic in Geneva then onto Montrzeux Jazz Fest.
This evening the greens, yellows and reds are having a nice relaxing evening with a movie and popcorn night. While the blues are down at the Montrzeux Jazz festival shopping at all the different stalls and taking in the atmosphere.
- Breakfast: cereals, fruit, yogurt, bread, fruit juices
- Lunch: Picnic Lunch
- Dinner: Beef, Roast Potatoes, Cauliflower, Pasta, Mince, Salads, Trifle
