Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Excursion Day!
Its a beautiful day for excursions. The greens and yellows went to the Cailler Chocolaterie for a tour on how swiss chocolate was created. They were also able to sample pieces of chocolate and buy souvenirs. They then had a picnic and then headed to Vevey to do some more shopping. Then it was back to camp for dinner and then a nice relaxing movie to finish the day. The reds went to Vevey first to do some shopping and they then had a picnic by the lake. They then also went to the chocolate factory to experience the wonders of chocolate making. Then it was back to camp for dinner and finally a campfire to watch the sunset in Fabiola. The blues headed to Geneva to visit the United Nations. They had a tour of the United Nations and were able to purchase souvenirs. After the tour they then headed to the Jardin Botanique for their picnic and they could also shop and relax in Geneva. Afterwards they all headed to Fun Planet which involved bowling and arcade games and they also got dinner there. Then it was back to camp for a well earned rest.

- Dinner: Beef, cauliflower, pasta, soup, salads
