Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
A Brilliant Day in the Swiss Sun
Another beautiful day here in Leysin for our third day at camp. Perfect for lots of outdoor activities. This morning the Greenies went swimming and played tennis down at the new sports grounds. The Adventure Camp were split between Yellows, who went rock climbing at the quarry and Reds and Blues off to build a shelter and a fire in the forest. Sports camp played beach volleyball and games of blind dodgeball and crab-soccer. Lots of fun and happy smiles in the sun. Language, Dance and Film camps started creating projects and routines.
This afternoon started beautifully before the rain decided to show up. That didn't stop the campers enjoying a lot of different activities starting with ice-skating and indoor games for the Greenies. The Yellows did their all group activities with some water games and dodgeball at camp before heading to the pitch to play Squirrels. The Reds and Blues had sign ups today, where they could chose between Capoeira and Dance, Bouldering, Tennis, Climbing and Bobsled amongst others.
Tonight the Greens and Yellows spent the evening together playing Eggstreme Games, a series of team challenges down in the auditorium before being rewarded with yummy banana boats. The Reds went ice-skating and the Blues played Trivia. Another great day for our campers here in Leysin.
