Summer Camp Leysin, Switzerland
Excursion Daaaaaaay!
Today was excursion day! It was a chance for all the campers to leave Leysin for the entire day and explore some of the surrounding sights. The Greens and Yellows began their day shopping in the beautiful town of Vevey. They then jumped back on the coach to travel to the Labyrinth Adventure. They made their way through a giant maze and played for hours in the park which is full of slides and games. Finally, they had a water fight in the lovely afternoon sun.
The Blues and Reds both went shopping in Lausanne and visited the iconic Olympic Museum. The Blues then went on to enjoy an evening on the banks of Lake Geneva at the Montreux Jazz Festival.
In the evening the Green and Yellow campers played an exciting game of Murder Mystery... tracking down counsellors who gave out clues in exchange for challenges! The Reds settled down to a relaxing Movie Night with popcorn. Everyone had a an amazing day out and a fun filled evening.
