York Summer Camp Update: Adventure, skills and movie night
Today was another fantastic day at camp, filled with a wide variety of activities that kept everyone engaged and entertained! The morning started with campers splitting into their chosen groups. Our horse riders focused on preparing for their big show, perfecting their routines and bonding with their horses. Football campers enjoyed some competitive matches, showcasing their skills and teamwork. Meanwhile, English campers delved into more lessons, making great strides in their language skills. Adventure campers had an exhilarating day out, tackling high ropes, bouldering, and low ropes courses, testing their courage and agility. In the afternoon, everyone had the opportunity to choose between arts and crafts, dodgeball, or basketball. The arts and crafts session was a hit, with campers creating beautiful and unique projects. The dodgeball game was full of energy and laughter, while the basketball court saw some impressive plays and teamwork. As evening fell, the fun continued with the Yellow group embarking on an exciting scavenger hunt, racing against time to find hidden treasures around the camp. The Red and Blue groups enjoyed a cozy movie night, relaxing with friends and watching their favorite films. It was a day packed with adventure, creativity, and camaraderie. We can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
