Sunny Adventures in York!
Today was a glorious day at Village Camps York, with the sun shining brightly and spirits soaring. Our morning kicked off with everyone splitting into their groups for a variety of exciting activities. The adventure group enjoyed an exhilarating gauge walk and a fun-filled scavenger hunt. The English group took advantage of the beautiful weather, sitting outside and playing games designed to improve their language skills. Meanwhile, the footballers showcased their skills in a shootout followed by a thrilling match. After lunch, we continued our preparations for Big Night. Creativity and teamwork were on full display as campers put the finishing touches on their performances and props. Once everything was ready, we cooled off with some lively water games, culminating in a massive water fight that had everyone laughing and drenched. As the evening rolled in, we hosted the much-anticipated Big Night. Each team took to the stage, delivering impressive performances and showcasing their talents. The night ended with a series of relays, with campers giving their all to be crowned the camp winner. We wrapped up the day feeling accomplished and excited for tomorrow’s excursions. After such a busy day, we’re sure everyone will sleep well tonight. See you tomorrow for more adventures!
