Summer Camp Chiclana, Spain
DAY 7
On our second excursion day, the campers were taken whale watching in Tarifa, a small town on the southernmost coast of Spain. It is primarily known as one of the world's most popular destinations for wind sports.
After enduring a rocky boat ride through the strait of Gibraltar, the kids were delighted to feast their eyes on a resident species of the region, the pilot whale and the common dolphin. And they have been lucky enough to spot the Moroccan shores of Tangiers.
We had a picnic lunch in downtown Tarifa, before shopping time, the kids enjoyed the beautiful downtown of Tarifa with some ice cream and iced teas.
We had dinner at the camp, and right after they started tomorrow's talent show preparation.
Tomorrow, we are coming back to our weekly schedule with our different camps.
