Thursday at camp - town visit, talent prep, and disco!
Another day at camp passing by in the blink of an eye - the final few days are always such a rollercoaster!
After coming back from an epic Grand Descent, the crew were tired, and spent the morning with a chilled-out visit into the local town of Vallon Pont d'Arc. Many campers used this opportunity to buy icecreams, sweets, pringles, as well as souvenirs and gifts for families.
We came back for a cooked lunch, and then spent the afternoon getting ready for the Talent Show tomorrow night - watch this space!
After dinner, everyone started getting ready for one of the most hotly anticipated nights of the camp - the disco party! The girls (and some certain counsellors...) dolled themselves up with makeup and dresses, while the boys put on jeans and clean t-shirts (most didn't shower, however..). When the time came, The Crazy Moose dance club opened it's doors, and the party was on! I can still here the music now - YMCA - and we are already well past bedtime, but sometimes the party is just too good!
Tomorrow is the final day of camp and we have a massive program planned, so I need to sign out and try to get some sleep (not going to happen....) Anyway, see you tomorrow!

- Breakfast: Cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurt, bread
- Lunch: Spanish omelette with salads
- Dinner: Beef and mushroom stew with roasted spuds, and a selection of salads, pickles, olives, and breads. For desert - freshly baked cookies at story time!
