Summer Camp Ardèche, France
The sun is back and the river is cooling us off!
The campers had a very adventurous first full day here in the beautiful Ardeche! We kicked off our day with a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit cereal and a huge favorite among many; pain aux chocolat! Those campers enrolled in the French program played various 'getting to know you games' and started right into their French studies while making new friends.
After a delicious picnic lunch, their afternoon activity was spent on the Ardeche river where they learned the basics of canoeing; by the end of the two weeks all of our campers will be experts! The River 1 and 2 campers had a blast today caving and rock climbing.
Evening activity tonight is "styx" a favorite among campers and staff. After a full day of fun activities the entire camp will be sure to sleep well tonight!

- Lunch: packed picnic lunch
- Dinner: Salad Buffet, roast chicken and vegetables, icecream
